'FriendlyDigest Pizzeria' originated from a vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Paris. The establishment, opened by the Taylor family in 1985, began as a quaint family-operated business that cherished generational recipes.
Alice Taylor, the progenitor, mastered the pizza craft during her Italian voyage, particularly in Naples, the pizza cradle. After arriving back in the UK, she aspired to offer an authentic Italian pizza experience, emphasizing tradition and high-caliber materials.
Our once small 12-seat eatery has evolved into a cherished gastronomic symbol, yet our dedication to culinary excellence and authenticity remains steadfast. We continue utilizing ancestral wood-fired ovens, preparing our dough fresh each day, and selecting the utmost quality ingredients.
